For safety measures it had smoke detectors. Nina made everything for all of us.

it was absolutely perfect and incredible very close to bars which was really suitable for young children. met the owner, who gave us good tips. a hair dryer, toiletries, and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus.

Spacious rooms overall with ample space. Bathroom with a shampoo and towels. Location in the centre of town. Nice welcome from host.

This was my third time staying in an apartment in Liverpool, and I can confidently say that the Duplex 2, Bedroom Apartment in Liverpool Centre is far superior to its competitors. the location is perfect, just a 10, minute walk from Lime St station. the apartment itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Nina, the staff member we dealt with, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even arranged an early check, in and late check, out for us, free of charge. It's a shame that other venues don't have staff members like Nina. Cons: Nothing to mention.

This was my 3rd time in an apartment stay in Liverpool. The Unionbank serviced apartment is head and shoulders above the competition. The location is perfect and easy to find, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean with all the amenities we could want. Nina at the venue was incredibly helpful, arranging early check-in and late check-out for us without any additional cost. It's a shame other venues don't have staff like her. The apartment comfortably accommodated 4 guests and had a well-stocked kitchen. Close to the center, restaurants, and bars.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This apartment is so cozy and comfortable with two bedrooms and a living room - perfect for a small group or family like mine. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a kettle made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. I loved that there were two bathrooms with showers and free toiletries, it saved us a lot of time in the morning. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was great for chilling out and watching our favorite shows.

Personally, I found the washing machine a bit noisy, but it's just my subjective opinion.

I keep coming back for my romantic escape. The staff helped me with my luggage. This place has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. Perfect for me!
